Marianne Faithfull’s 1960s Style: Colours (and patterns)
Marianne’s colour palette in the 60s mostly seemed to consist of earthy, cool and berry colours with some splashes of warm yellow, orange or even red for either accessoires or statement pieces. She wore dresses with patterns typical of the time as well as mono-coloured suits/two-pieces equally. Towards the end of the decade she graviated towards a more masculine style and most whimsical patterns disappeared from her wardrobe.
